Job Responsibilities]

 1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's charging pile system, including demand research, scheme design, system configuration, data migration, user training and online support.

2. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of PLM system, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, data backup and security protection, etc., to ensure stable and efficient operation of the system.

3, in-depth understanding of business requirements, according to the needs of the system function optimization, process improvement and data integration, improve the overall efficiency of the system.

4. Work closely with the project team to respond and solve the problems encountered by users in the use process in a timely manner, and provide technical support and solutions.

5. Bachelor degree or above in computer, machinery, electronics and other related majors, more than 3 years of PLM system implementation or operation and maintenance work experience PLM system implementation experience is preferred.

6. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to work closely with users, development team and other relevant departments to promote project implementation and system optimization.

7. Have strong learning ability and problem solving ability, can quickly master new technologies and new methods, and flexibly apply them to practical work.

8. Have a certain understanding of manufacturing or related industries, familiar with product development, process design, production management and other business processes.
