Job Responsibilities]
1. Find and land a suitable charging site, obtain a special parking space for the construction of charging facilities, and complete the investment and construction goals of the charging infrastructure network.
2. For specific industry customers and parking lot owner, negotiate the solution, determine the reasonable operation charging mode, and finally sign the contract, reach the charging facility construction and online charging operation.
3. Develop public fast charging stations, special stations, over-charging stations and other charging station projects.
4. Draw up the work plan according to the progress of the project, control the key nodes of the project in time, and mobilize the resources of all parties. 5. Provide coordination and support for the later construction, operation and maintenance of the project.

1. Have a unique ability to organize, coordinate and acquire parking resources in a certain place, and have a wide range of network resources in the local city.
2. Familiar with the city development, property resources and travel mode of a city.
3. Love marketing, tough and hard-working, open-minded, quick-thinking, strong independent thinking ability, and relatively agree with the result-oriented and problem-oriented management culture.
4. Experience in charging operation, parking lot development and operation, transportation and travel, store location, refueling station and distributed energy, smart city, property insurance, central air conditioning and floor heating, photovoltaic, security system, parking system, offline advertising and other industries is preferred.
5. Have the basic knowledge and skills of project development and project management, and be familiar with the sales process of project and solution.
6. Have a keen business sense of smell, good at accounting and building business cooperation model; have strong market development ability and customer relationship maintenance, control ability, business negotiation and persuasion ability, pressure resistance ability.
